Strong Storms in Northeast Mississippi Approoaching Marion County

Strong storms extend from western Franklin County west of Red Bay to near Fulton, MS to near Smithville, MS.

The strongest storm is near Smithville.

They are pushing east southeast.

The strongest part of the storms will impact Marion and northern Lamar Counties, including Hamilton and Detroit.

There is a tremendous amount of lightning and heavy rain and there could be strong winds as well.
