CANCELED Dense Fog Advisory Continues for Much of Central Alabama Until 10:00 am

NWS Birmingham continues a Dense Fog Advisory for much of Central Alabama until 10:00 am this morning.

The Dense Fog Advisory is for the following counties in Central Alabama: Autauga, Bibb, Blount, Calhoun, Chambers, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Etowah, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Pickens, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tallapoosa, Tuscaloosa, and Walker.

Visibility may be reduced to less than 1/4 mile in dense fog. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
