Sleet Being Reports in Tuscaloosa and Western Jefferson Counties; Reports to the West

John Talbot reports sleet in Hueytown in western Jefferson County and relays a report of sleet in Oak Grove. MPing reports sleet in Tuscaloosa County as well. Temperatures across Central Alabama are in the upper 30s and lower 40s.

A large area of rain and snow is pushing across eastern Texas and much of Louisiana extending into southern Arkansas and western Mississippi at this hour.
