Strong Storm Affecting Portions of Dekalb County

PM CDT…

At 338 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Geraldine, or 11 miles southwest of Rainsville, moving east at 50
mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include…
Fort Payne, Rainsville, Crossville, Fyffe, Geraldine, Valley Head,
Hammondville, Mentone, Pine Ridge and Lakeview.
