Midday Nowcast: Clouds, Sun, Showers, Warm Temperatures

We are dealing with more clouds than sun for much of the state, while some areas across South Alabama are seeing sun. We continue to deal with a few light showers mainly across West Alabama, but locations will remain dry today.

At the midday hours, temperatures are in the 70s, and will climb into the low and mid-80s. Tonight, it will remain mainly cloudy and mild, with lows in the 60s.

REST OF THE WEEK: An upper ridge will strengthen across the Deep South, setting the stage for continued dry weather and rising temperatures. Look for mostly sunny days, fair nights, and highs in the mid to upper 80s, with a few low 90s down to the south, especially by Friday.
