The good news is the tornado threat for the southeastern part of Alabama may have come to an end as the Storm Prediction Center has removed the Marginal Risk for severe storms for nearly everyone except for extreme eastern parts of Lee and Russell counties. However, there remains a small flooding threat with the heavy rain through the rest of the night and overnight hours for that part of the state. Winds may briefly gust to 30-35 mph.

Pretty much, the rest of the state remains dry, except for a small shower over the central parts of Lawrence County.
