A Few North Alabama Counties Removed from the Tornado Watch; Wind Advisory Updated

NWS Huntsville removes Madison, and Morgan counties in North Alabama from the Tornado Watch, leaving Cullman, DeKalb, Jackson, and Marshall counties in the watch until 2 am Sunday morning.

NWS Birmingham continues the tornado watch for Autauga, Bibb, Blount, Calhoun, Chambers, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Etowah, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lamar, Marengo, Perry, Pickens, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tallapoosa, Tuscaloosa, Walker, and Winston counties in Central Alabama until 5 am Sunday morning.

NWS Birmingham continues the Wind Advisory for Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Walker, and Winston counties in Central Alabama until midnight tonight, while extending the advisory until 4 am Sunday morning for Autauga, Barbour, Bibb, Blount, Bullock, Calhoun, Chambers, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Etowah, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Pickens, Pike, Randolph, Russell, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tallapoosa, and Tuscaloosa counties.
