Dense Fog Overnight
The rapid clearing behind this afternoon’s rainfall has allowed the moist airmass to cool quickly to the saturation point and fog has been building across the area for the past few hours.
Visibilities are down to 1/4 mile or less in some areas, and driving will be difficult overnight and until early morning on Sunday when rainfall moving in some help to dissipate the fog.
Dense fog advisories have been issued for all of North and Central Alabama for the overnight.
Be careful if you have to drive.
