Alabama 811 | Know What's Below.

Sun, Clouds, & Warm at Midday

| April 30, 2022 @ 12:10 pm

At the 11 am round up, temperatures were ranging from as low as 65 in Hamilton to as warm as 81 in Troy with a mix of Sun and clouds across the area. We do see some scattered showers and storms developing over South Alabama and will be moving north and northeast through the afternoon.

Skies will remain partly to mostly cloudy through the rest of the daylight hours with scattered showers and storms moving across the area. Not everyone will get a shower or storm as overall chances are around 30%. For tonight, a few isolated showers may remain possible throughout the late-night hours, while nearly everyone will stay dry. Lows will be in the low to mid 60s.

Cold front moves in early on Sunday that will bring numerous showers and storms to the western and northwestern locations before the action starts to fall apart. However, some redevelopment is expected during the afternoon so rain chances will stay elevated. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s.
