Windy Monday Ahead for Alabama

| February 26, 2023 @ 2:21 pm

Wind advisories have been issued for a wide area of the U.S. for today, tonight, and Monday.

North and Central Alabama are a part of that, with a wind advisory going into effect at 6 a.m. CST for most of North and Central Alabama. It will remain in effect until 6 p.m. CST.

Winds will average 15-25 mph on Monday with gusts to 40-45 mph. The winds will diminish slowly Monday evening.

No severe weather is expected in Alabama tomorrow. But we do have a threat late Thursday and early Friday.
