Tornado Watch Issued for Several Counties in North/Central Alabama Until 1 pm
The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Tornado Watch for Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Walker, & Winston counties in Central Alabama, and Colbert, Cullman, Franklin, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, & Morgan counties in the Tennessee Valley. The watch goes until 1 pm this afternoon.
• A couple strong tornadoes possible
• Isolated hail up to quarter size possible
• Scattered wind gusts up to 80 mph likely
