Quarter-sized hail reported in Coosa County near Rockford at 7:15 p.m. Severe thunderstorm warning continues until 8 p.m. for eastern Coosa County. The core of this dangerous storm is approaching Kellyton and the western side of Alex City. Large hail is still indicated. It will move toward Goodwater as well.

Ping pong ball-sized hail was reported in Sumter County just southwest of Livingston at 6:57.

The storm southeast of Demopolis is approaching US-80 between Demopolis and Linden. It seems to have weakened a bit in the past few minutes. The tornado warning for Marengo has been canceled. Heads up for our friends in the town of Marion. This storm is heading for you. It should reach you around 8:30 p.m. We will be watching to see if it cycles.

There is a tornado warning for a potential tornado in Choctaw County. That storm is cycling according to John DeBlock at the NWS Birmingham. This storm will also move into Marengo County. Folks around Linden and Demopolis will have to be alert for this storm. ETA to Linden would be a little after 9 p.m.
