The Tennessee Valley of Alabama Cleared from the Tornado Watch

NWS Huntsville has cancelled DeKalb and Marshall counties from the Tornado Watch as the threat of severe weather has ended. That clears all the Tennessee Valley counties of North Alabama from the watch.

NWS Birmingham continues the Tornado Watch until 7 am for Fayette and Walker counties, and until 8 am for Autauga, Bibb, Blount, Calhoun, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Etowah, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Marengo, Perry, Pickens, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tallapoosa, and Tuscaloosa counties. Counties will be cleared from the watch as the threat for those locations end.
