Severe Threat for This Evening Has Ended

| April 3, 2023 @ 8:37 pm

Latest look at radar shows that nearly every shower out there has dissipated, with only a couple of isolated showers hanging on in extreme eastern Russell County and over the northeastern part of Elmore County and into the western part of Tallapoosa County. The rest of the area is dry.

We only had the one severe thunderstorm warning issued for the threat of hail, but at this point, I have only seen some small hail reported on NWS Chat.
