Alabama Death Toll Now 53
ABC3340 News reports that the death toll from today’s tornadoes and damaging winds is 53.
At least 12 have died in Walker County…which has another of the hardest hit places today…
I am not sure whether this includes a report we have from Phil Campbell of 13 fatalities and untabulated fatalities in Hackleburg.
We could rival the 1974 Superoutbreak death toll in Alabama before this is over…
