Tropical Depression Downgraded

Tropical Depression Seven has lost its status as a tropical cyclone.

Air Force reconnaissance could not find a closed low pressure center in the system which is approaching the islands and it is downgraded to an open tropical wave.

It could regenerate, and if it does, advisories will be restarted.
