NWS has Significant Weather Alerts for Coosa and Lee County until 5:15. This usually means strong wind gusts, downpours of rain, small hail etc.
The storms were just wandering around like they were lost or had made the wrong turn. No distinct overall movement.
Showers and storms had increased in number over SW Alabama mainly from Wilcox, Clarke and Washington County southward.
Over the north half of the state one a moderate thunderstorm was over NW Walker County.
