
Alabama NewsCenter — First Graduates of FlightPath9 Begin Careers at Airbus
After a delay courtesy of COVID-19, graduates of Airbus Alabama’s first FlightPath9 class have begun their careers with the company.
A fair nice morning is in progress across Alabama. Clouds will continue to increase from the west and showers will be possible later this afternoon and evening. Monday will have a stormy feel to it, but right now we don’t expect severe weather Monday night. We continue to monitor the threat just in case, so stay tuned.
It will feel like tornado weather on Monday, but we don’t expect a severe weather threat for Alabama. Why? This post will explain what but remind us to keep our guard up just in case things change.
Rain will return later today, with a warm, windy, and humid Monday in store for us. Storms will be a part of the forecast tomorrow, but severe weather does not appear to be a threat.
The Weather Roundup as of 11:00 am shows that most locations are seeing plenty of sunshine with only a few high clouds starting to drift across the state line from Mississippi.
Plenty of sunshine and above normal temperatures on your Saturday, but clouds and a chance of showers return on Sunday. Monday may be stormy late, but severe weather is not expected at this point.
CLEARING: The sky has cleared over the northern third of the state this afternoon where the sun is out in full force, but clouds linger over the central and southern counties, where some scattered light rain is still in progress. Rain will end this evening, and the sky becomes mostly fair statewide tonight. There is a chance we see some dense fog after midnight with a clear sky, light wind, and wet ground.
