HIGHS STAY IN THE 90s: Not much change in the Alabama weather situation today; mostly sunny and hot with a high in the mid to upper 90s for most places, right at record levels for late May. Baldwin County April Condo Sales Up Slightly From Last Year

Sales: According to the Baldwin County Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, Baldwin County condo sales, which include condos along the Gulf Coast, totaled 164 units during April, up 1.2 percent from 162 sales in the same month a year earlier.
