The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Flood Advisory for…
South central Calhoun County in east central Alabama…

* Until 745 PM CDT

* At 452 PM CDT, local law enforcement relayed several reports of
flooding in the city of Oxford. Runoff from urbanized areas will
sustain localized flooding as tropical rains continue over the
upcoming hours. Localized flooding of low-lying and poor-drainage
areas are is expected as well.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Oxford, Hobson City and Oxford Lake.
