Tonight’s Guest WeatherBrain received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from MIT. He started with NOAA’s Hurricane Division in 1984 before coming to the National Hurricane Center in 1999 where he was a Hurricane Specialist for ten seasons. He was named Branch Chief of the Hurricane Specialist Unit in January, 2009. James Franklin, welcome to WeatherBrains!
