The last Saturday of summer is certainly feeling and looking like it. We are seeing mainly sunny conditions, and temperatures are well into the upper 80s and lower 90s across Central Alabama this afternoon.

A weak front is moving across the Southeast today and will be pushing through the state tonight. Very little moisture ahead of the front means not much in the way of rain is expected with the front. Could there be an isolated shower, yes, but mainly we will see a few more clouds as this dry front pushes into and through the state.

If you like today’s weather, then you’ll love tomorrow’s as it will be almost identical to today’s. We stay dry and afternoon highs will be in the 87 to 90 degree range, we will see our winds shift out of the northwest behind the front and that should allow dry conditions to persist across the state.
