It is a gorgeous day across Alabama with sunshine and blue sky in full supply. We are warming up nicely today as well, after the sub-freezing start to the day, many locations are seeing highs in the 50s and 60s this afternoon.
FINE FEBRUARY AFTERNOON: Temperatures are in the 60s across Alabama with a sunny sky. Dry air stays in place tonight; the sky will be clear with a low in the 35-45 degree range for most communities.
NICE WARM-UP: Temperatures are in the 27-37 degree range across Alabama early this morning, but we expect a high in the 60s this afternoon with sunshine in full supply. Dry weather continues tomorrow with a high in the 60s.
DRY THROUGH TOMORROW: With a mostly sunny sky, temperatures rise into the 60s again this afternoon across Alabama, with potential for low 70s near the Gulf Coast. The weather will stay dry tomorrow with another pleasant afternoon.
FINE FEBRUARY DAY: With a cloudless sky, temperatures are generally in the 60s across Alabama this afternoon. Mobile has reached the 70 degree mark. The air will stay dry tonight; with a clear sky temperatures will fall back into the 30s.
CHILLY NIGHTS, PLEASANT AFTERNOONS: We are forecasting sunshine in fully supply today with a nice warm-up… expect a high in the 60s statewide. Dry weather continues tomorrow and Thursday with chilly nights and pleasant afternoons. Then, on Friday, clouds return along with a chance of showers by afternoon with the approach of a cold front.
SPRING-LIKE DAY: Temperatures are mostly in the upper 60s and low 70s across Alabama this afternoon with a good supply of sunshine. We note the average high for Birmingham on February 2 is 56. Tonight will be mostly clear with a low in the 40s.
COLD START: Temperatures are at or below freezing across North/Central Alabama this morning, and in the 35-40 degree range across the southern counties of the state. With sunshine in full force today, we expect a nice warmup with a high between 58 and 68 degrees this afternoon. Some South Alabama communities could reach the low 70s.

DRY DAYS: After the weekend rain and storms, we will enjoy a calm stretch of days this week with dry air in place. This morning temperatures are in the 25-35 degree range across Alabama; expect a high toady in the 50s with a good supply of sunshine. Another freeze is likely early tomorrow morning for the northern half of the state.
Today will feature a sunny sky with a high in the 57-65 degree range this afternoon. Temperatures reach the 60s statewide tomorrow afternoon with a partly sunny sky. We will introduce the chance of a few showers near the Gulf Coast during the day tomorrow, and scattered showers are possible across all of Alabama tomorrow night as moisture begins to move northward.
