Much of the warning area has received over an inch of rain this weekend, with many areas getting between 2-5 inches.

Earlier storms produced significant flash flooding in parts of the Birmingham area, especially around Mountain Brook and in the Northside and Southside areas. More flooding will be likely with any heavy rain.

The storm is weakening, as evidenced by this radar image (left side reflectivity) and the storm total rainfall since early yesterday on right.
