Heads Up Clay, Shelby, And Talladega Counties. Strong Storms Are Approaching.

Strong storms are starting to make their approach to Clay, Shelby, and Talladega counties, and therefore the NWS has issued a Significant Weather Advisory for those Counties until 10:00 PM CDT. The storms are currently lined up from Anniston Regional Airport to Pleasant Grove. Wind gusts up to 40 MPH and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning are possible with these storms. Seek shelter in a sturdy until the storm passes.
