Alabama at 10:45 am

A minor disturbance aloft got closer to Alabama and quicker than earlier expected. A few light showers have moved into West Central Alabama in places like Pickens, Greene and Sumter County. Moving NE. Very little rain so far.

Those are part of a curved line that also angles into East and North Mississippi. The heavier showers were from near Columbus, Miss., northwestward to near Memphis. Those were moving north.
