Large Hail Possible Near Hackleburg and Bear Creek; Heads Up For Lamar and Marion

A line of strong to severe storms continues this afternoon from Madison County across Morgan, Lawrence, northern Marion, northern Lamar Counties. It continues into eastern Mississippi.

Large hail is probably galling just south of Hackleburg in Marion County.

A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for northeastern Marion County.

Storms over Monroe and Itawamba Counties in Northeastern Mississippi triggered a severe thunderstorm warning that has expired. These heavy storms will move across northern Lamar County into into the rest of Marion County. It is storming now in Hamilton and Detroit in Lamar County.

Storms over Clay and Lowndes County have triggered a severe thunderstorm warning. This storm will target Lamar County.
