Can you complain about today’s weather at midday across Central Alabama. Plenty of sunshine is gracing the area, and we are enjoying some nice temperatures along with that sunshine.

TEMPERATURES AT 12:18 PM
Temperatures are currently running in the lower to mid 70s for the northern half of Central Alabama, with mid to upper 70s in the southern half. Eufaula and Montgomery are both currently near 80 degrees. Cullman and Bessemer are the cool spots in the state, both at 72 degrees.

REMAINDER OF THE DAY
For the rest of the day, skies will be sunny and temperatures will be a little above normal for this time of the year. Afternoon highs will be in the upper 70s to the lower 80s throughout the area from north to south. A few clouds will sneak into the northwestern part of the area for tonight and into the pre-dawn hours on Tuesday, but no rain is expected. Overnight lows will be in the mid to the upper 50s.

A TERRIFIC TUESDAY INDEED
You can expect a mix of sun and clouds to start off the day, but skies will clear out some before a slow surface front approaches the area and brings more clouds with it. During the evening and overnight hours, a few showers may move in over the northwestern parts of Central Alabama, but most should remain dry. Afternoon highs will be in the upper 70s to the mid 80s.
