Tornado Damage Report in Franklin County

Franklin County Emergency Management and Jason Simpson from WHNT reports debris reported falling at intersection 247 and 23. Jason reported damage at the Shiloh Baptist Church. A debris signature was indicated on radar.

This is 3 NNE Halltown in Franklin County. Time: 3:45 p.m.

The storm that produced the damage is now over Franklin County, approaching US-43 between Russellville and Phil Campbell. It still has broad rotation.

Damaging winds and one inch hail are possible. Lots of lightning and heavy rain as well.
