Radar Update 11:15 a.m.

Strong storms over eastern Mississippi will move into West Alabama’s Pickens and Sumter counties between 11:15 and 11:30 a.m. They will then progress toward Greene, Tuscaloosa and Hale Counties.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are in effect for Lauderdale, Kemper and Noxubee Counties. A tornado warning is in effect now for Kemper and southern Noxubee Counties.

A severe thunderstorm warning was just issued for Greene, Sumter and Pickens Counties.
