Two Dangerous Tornadic Storms in Northwest Alabama

Tornado warnings continue tonight for parts of Fayette, Marion and Winston Counties.

First dangerous storm is passing just east of Winfield in Marion County. It has produced a large tornado with considerable damage in Lamar and Fayette Counties.

It will be crossing I-22 between exits 26 and 34.

The second dangerous storm is near Newtonville. It will pass between Fayette and Berry. It could be near or west of Carbon Hill in Walker County before 515 p.m.

The warning has been canceled for Tuscaloosa and Pickens Counties.
