He received his meteorology degree from Lyndon State College in Vermont. Steve has worked as a broadcast meteorologist in Winchester, Virginia, Burlington, Vermont, West Palm Beach, Florida, and now in Denver, Colorado.

Kerrin Jeromin is currently the Director of Weather Operations at WeatherNation Television. She currently oversees the daily on air and digital weather content developed at WeatherNation. Before making the move to WeatherNation, she worked as an on air broadcast meteorologist in Burlington, Vermont and West Palm Beach, Florida. Kerrin received her degree in meteorology from Lyndon State College in Vermont, and is an AMS Certified Broadcast Meteorologist.
