* At 701 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
flooding. An additional 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen with the
latest line of heavy showers. This is likely resulting in
flooding of many low lying areas and many roads.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Huntsville, Decatur, Madison, Athens, Albertville, Cullman,
Scottsboro, Hartselle, Fort Payne and Muscle Shoals.
