EXPIRE AT 800 AM CST…
The storms which prompted the warning are moving out of the area.
Therefore the warning will be allowed to expire. However heavy rain
is still possible along with flooding. A Flood Warning is in
effect until 1 pm CST.

…A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 AM CST FOR SOUTHERN DEKALB COUNTY… At 737 AM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 9 miles southeast of Ider to Fort Payne to near Crossville, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include… Fort Payne, Little River Canyon National Preserve, Crossville, Little River Falls, Valley Head, Hammondville, Mentone, Pine Ridge, Dog Town and Collbran.
