* At 438 AM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding along
    Holland Creek in north Phenix City with water flowing over
    Lakewood Drive and Bridgewater Drive due to heavy rainfall upstream. Flash flooding will be possible along creeks and small streams in the warned area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
