April Condo Sales In Baldwin County Rise 10 Percent From Last Year

Sales: According to the Baldwin County Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, Baldwin County condo sales, which include condos along the Gulf Coast, totaled 162 units during April, a 10.2 percent increase from one year ago. Year-to-date, 527 Baldwin County condos have been sold, 8.4 percent above ACRE’s forecast of 486 condo sales through April.
