    Northeastern Hale County in west central Alabama…
    Southwestern Bibb County in central Alabama…
    Northeastern Dallas County in south central Alabama…

* Until 1000 AM CDT.

* At 659 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    Subtropical Storm Alberto moving northward. Rain bands with continued heavy rain will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
    Brent, Valley Grande, Marion, Centreville, Moundville, West
    Centreville, Heiberger, Paul M Grist State Park, Low Gap, Mertz, Eoline, Radford, Valley Creek Junction, Mound State Park, Elliots
    Creek, Harmon, Barrett Creek, Judson College, Morgan Springs and
    Phipps.
