Beautiful afternoon across Alabama. A few cumulus have developed from about Huntsville down to Birmingham. Some thicker clouds are in the Shoals area, drifting eastward.

Temperatures were in the 70s across the region. Only Alex City was showing up in the upper 60s thanks to a bit of an easterly flow.

Regional radars are clear.

Tomorrow should be a carbon copy of today.

Clouds will thicken on Tuesday. Rain and storms will arrive late Tuesday into Wednesday with rain and storms. More rain and storms on Thursday. Then the best possibility of severe weather Friday into early Saturday.

Flooding may be a problem as over five inches of rain is likely across a wide area of Alabama, generally along and north of the I-20 corridor between late Tuesday and Saturday morning.
