…A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 PM CDT FOR SOUTHERN CALHOUN AND ST. CLAIR COUNTIES… At 232 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Bald Rock to near Munford to 6 miles north of Fosters Cross Roads, moving south at 40 mph.

     HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts.
     SOURCE…Emergency management.
     IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include… Anniston, Oxford, Pell City, Jacksonville, Leeds, Moody, Springville, Odenville, Cobb Town, West End-Cobb Town, Fort McClellan, Saks, Lincoln, Margaret, Argo, Weaver, Ashville, Ragland, Ohatchee and Hobson City.

    HAZARD…60 to 70 mph wind gusts.

    IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
