* At 311 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms moving across the area. Rainfall of one to two inches has fallen in localized area and another inch of rain is possible during the next hour. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area…especially on roadways near small creeks and streams and in low-lying flood prone areas with poor drainage.
