At 428 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an outflow boundary, being
pushed to the southwest by strong thunderstorms. This boundary was
along a line extending from near Fayetteville, to 7 miles northeast
of Skyline, to near Hollywood, to 8 miles southeast of Ider.
Movement was southwest at 10 mph.
Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this boundary.
Locations impacted include…
Scottsboro, Fort Payne, Fayetteville, Rainsville, Hazel Green,
Henagar, Sylvania, Hollywood, Powell and Huntland.
