MACON AND SOUTHEASTERN TALLAPOOSA COUNTIES UNTIL 1215 AM CDT…
At 1133 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Liberty City, or 7 miles northwest of Notasulga, moving southeast at
40 mph.
Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include…
Auburn, Tuskegee, Notasulga, Franklin, Liberty City, Lake Tuskegee,
Tuskegee National Forest, Loachapoka, I 85 Rest Area, Uphapee Creek,
Roxana, Reeltown, Moton Field Municipal Airport and Yates Reservoir.
