Moreland, or 11 miles north of Arley, moving east at 10 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm.

Addison, Brushy Lake, Sardis, Moreland, Inmanfield, Upshaw, Grayson
and Addison Municipal Airport.
