At 254 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Coker, or 9 miles east of Gordo, moving northeast at 5 mph.
Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include…
Coker, Lake Lurleen State Park, Binion Creek Landing, Buhl, Echola,
Romulus, Elrod, Tierce Pattton Bridge and Lake Tuscaloosa.
