Areal Flood Advisory Issued For Parts Of Pike County Until 10:15PM

The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Flood Advisory for…
    Southeastern Pike County in southeastern Alabama…

* Until 1015 PM CDT.

* At 809 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to two inches of rain have already fallen and additional heavy rain will continue from this stationary cluster of thunderstorms.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
    Troy, Brundidge, Banks, Monticello, Josie and Brundidge Municipal
    Airport.
