* At 512 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. One to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

    Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Bessemer, Homewood, Mountain
    Brook, Hueytown, Gardendale, Fairfield, Fultondale, Pleasant Grove, Tarrant, Midfield, Adamsville, Warrior, Brighton, Kimberly, Lipscomb, Graysville and Morris.
