Clouds Hang Tough
Clouds greeted the day over the northern half of Alabama this morning thanks to the upper low that brought yesterday’s stormy weather.
The clouds will gradually erode this afternoon, giving most areas sunshine.
South of Shelby County, sunshine has prevailed all morning. This will lead to a wide range of temperatures this afternoon. Highs will range from the middle 60s to middle 70s.
Tonight will feature clear and cool conditions with lows in the 40s.
Easter sunrise services will be crisp and clear. With lots of sunshine Sunday morning, temperatures will quickly rise into the 70s. It will become windy late tomorrow as out next storm system approaches. Look for lots of thunder Sunday night and some potential for severe weather overnight.
