* Wind gust 52 mph Jasper 12:29 am
* Wind described as “very high” at Manchester, north of Jasper
* Power out in Downtown Northport
* Power out in Saragossa between Jasper and carbon Hill
* Gust 53 mph at 1:04 am on Smith Lake south of Arley. Numerous gusts between 40 and 50 mph. Report was at 1:19 am
* Huge tree down near Downtown Jasper and tin on neighbors back porch ripped off
* Gust 47 mph Tuscaloosa Airport with 1.16 inches of rain so far. That was this hour’s peak gust, may not be the highest of the event so far
* 1.22 inches of rain Birmingham Airport so far

RADAR CHECK
Line of very intense thunderstorms with the worstones lined up from Montgomery SW to about Monroeville and to near Mobile. Much, much lightning involved.
