Criminals have been known to attempt to impersonate utility workers. If you have someone at your door claiming to be from Alabama Power, you can always call and verify their identity. Our customer service representatives at 800-245-2244 can confirm the legitimacy of the personnel in your area.

As always, if you feel as though you are in danger, call 911.
