Rain Continues this Evening
It continues to be wet evening across North/Central Alabama as rain continues to fall through out the area. Light, moderate, and pockets of heavy rain are being reported across the area this evening as a steady, soaking rain passes through the state.
We are starting to see the rain come to an end in northwestern and western portions of Central Alabama, but there will remain scattered lingering showers in these areas through the overnight hours.
The rain should continue the next few hours before exiting into Georgia during the overnight hours. For those overnight hours, pockets of light rain will continue to be a threat and roads will remain wet, so make sure you use caution if you are heading out and about this evening and overnight.
